Black Cod are caught in the Pacific Northwest; from Northern California all the way North to Alaska and Canada . Harvested by long line, this fish is available from late February to mid November. Known for its high oil content and very rich flavor, Black Cod is the ideal fish for a healthy nutritious diet. Black Cod adapts well to many cooking methods. It can be grilled, baked, broiled and smoked. This fish is very popular in sushi restaurants. With its firm delicate texture and white meat, Black Cod makes a wonderful compliment to all your seafood recipes.

Black Cod comes in 50 lb catch weight master cases, but can be repacked as needed. The fish is sized as follows:
